Much of the residential construction across these cities dates to a similar postwar tract-home era, meaning galvanized supply lines, cast iron drains, and slab-on-grade foundations show up repeatedly across the whole coverage area, not just in Bellflower itself. Buena Park sits just across the county line in Orange County, and Seal Beach adds a coastal factor, accelerated corrosion on outdoor fittings, that the inland cities don't deal with.
